The workflow of the company:
Since 1994, according to the respectful decision of the government of the Islamic Republic of Iran, the provision of all general services in the government )public( offices and organizations were granted to the private sector. In this regard, the recruitment of human resources for such services in government organizations is forbidden. In the same year and gradually the companies for provision of human resources emerged, so that now, there are more than seven hundred active companies for such purpose. This company is one of such, with a good reputation in the society. This is not self-praise, but the employees of the central office who are graduated from different universities in Iran, receive their salary directly from this company. In addition, the description of the current tasks and the company’s cash flow and the certifications of good standing issued by the contractual employers attest to this claim.
According to the statutory law of this company, it can provide the administrative support services in the area of human resources including office manager, secretary, typist, record keeping, telephone operator, gatekeeper, driver, etc. Additionally, it can also provide human resources for services and installations related to green space. In addition, this company has now made several contracts in the area of city transportation and logistics with government organizations such as Isako Co., and the Presidential Entity and the Organization of the Agriculture Expansion.
In the recent years, most of the conference halls and production halls and large area centers such as terminals, have mechanized their services and expect the contractors to use up-to-date equipment such as floor scrubbers. For this purpose, this company has purchased and applied several different scrubbers. Since service provider companies are part of the Ministry of the Labor, Cooperation and Social Welfare, they are obliged to acquire their certificate of qualification, safety and hygiene and the classification plan each year. This company has obtained the abovementioned certifications. Since the maintenance of the tall buildings requires climbers, this company has recently obtained these tools in building with more than 12 meters tall, in order to provide safety for the employees as well as efficient services for customers.
In maintenance of green space, the company has always tried to recruit educated and experienced personnel as well as mechanized equipment. Two examples of such projects are the maintenance of the green space of the Meeting Hall, and the University of Al-Zahra.
In the area of vehicle services, this company has been able to purchase several vehicles from the assets of the company, and rent out to government organizations.
